Our company just nipped it in the bud, announced auditions open to all genders, and named the show Twelve Angry Jurors. I actually didn't attend on principle; I thought the name sounded like a theatre student's adaptation or, at worst, a parody along the line of Twelve Angry Monsters (which pretty much is the ne plus ultra of parodies when it comes to twelve sentient beings what are not in a state of contentment.)
Also, Jane Wiedlin (who in my opinion was the cutest of the Go-Gos) has a website up which features quite a lovely photo gallery of her Janeness, featuring both pictures from live shows, candid shots of home life, pics of Jane and random famous people and -- the best part -- Jane in vintage cheesecake pinup photos including, much to the joy of my inner 13-year-old, a full-on Art Frahm take.
