Apr. 18th, 2008 10:59 am- This morning when walking from the breakroom to my office I noticed a curious mechanical apparatus in what was formerly the server room (back when servers needed rooms and this place was a computer something company):
I was later informed that it's a prototype piece of exercise equipment built by one of my coworkers, and in spite of the presence of unguarded finger-severing chain, we were welcome to give it a whirl. Supposedly it provides a complete cardio, strength, and flexibility workout in a mere four minutes. Updates as warrranted. - Coletta's--the local restaurant credited with inventing barbecue pizza, which should assure their place in hell--has a flatbread-type-appetizer on their menu called "Foccacia," which sounds like an internal parasite or a venereal disease.
- Now that we've issued a bunch of drawings to the customer, the project managers are starting to second-guess the design. And just now, one phone call later, third guess back to the original concept. Huzzah!
