Feb. 8th, 2006 10:53 pmThe outside screen on my cellphone went blank a week or so ago, so I called up customer service and asked for a replacement (it was within the warranty period). They obliged, and the box arrived today--except that it had been opened by someone in transit and the replacement phone removed by persons unknown.
So now I don't know what sort of hoops I'm gonna have to jump through to get this taken care of. I'm sure it'll involve quite a length of time on hold, in any case.
