I'm working on my ch's.

Tuesday night we started rehearsals for Fiddler on the Roof (opening in May at Playhouse on the Square--mark your calendars!) I think we officially have 29 in the cast, although not all of them have shown up yet. All of them who have shown up, however, can sing, which is really nice considering that in pretty much every musical I've been in up to now we've had at least a couple of tone deaf folks.

In related news, the hair I'm letting grow for the show is itchy and my mustache wants to curl into my mouth. Also, the beard looks pretty ragged at the moment--but it's only been three weeks. I should be good-n-woolly by showtime.
