Scottish scientist Klaus Zuberbuhler found that Nigerian putty-nosed male monkeys say "pyow" to warn of leopards and "hack" to warn of eagles. "Pyow," said a monkey. "Hack hack pyow hack hack."
While "hack" has another meaning in my vocabulary at the moment, I will henceforth begin using the word "pyow" to warn of leopards, and I'll add "Nigerian putty-nosed male monkey" to the short list of languages on my resume.
