Birfday!

Amy had a birthday last Thursday while I was out of town (which is what workin' for a living seems to do), so this evening we're heading down to the Horseshoe casino in Tunica to lose a little (very little, hopefully) money and to go to N'awlins, the supposedly very impressive casino restaurant created by John Besh, who recently won a James Beard award and beat Mario Batalli on Iron Chef America.

I don't think the meal will be quite as august as August, but it should be tasty.
