7:30pm and I'll probably be stuck at work for another hour, waiting on drawings to print so I can upload them to our subcontractor in China. We started printing at 6, and I was done by 6:17, but it seems some folks aren't quite as swift when it comes to printing out 48 pages apiece. How can it take an hour and a half to print 48 single-page documents twice? Being paid by the hour helps, I guess.
On top of this, one of our print queues has locked up completely, and we have nobody on-site who has administrator privileges, so we'll probably have to wait for assistance from St. Louis or Louisville.
Naturally, this means we'll be missing a deadline, on the job where I'm the project engineer.
