It's amazing who they let be fathers nowadays.

When I got home from work this afternoon there was a stack of unpaid doctor bills for the child who no longer lives with us, with a note from his biological father (he lives with biological father) telling us to pay them. Biological Dad won't pay for health insurance on his offspring, won't pay his child support, and refuses to pay for medical care for the child who lives with him. The child who has to have chest x-rays because BioDad won't stop smoking around him.

Sigh. We'll probably have to end up settling this in court. It's probably best to go ahead and get the lawyers involved now.
