Mar. 6th, 2008 10:56 amI went by the FedEx facility to pick up my laptop last night, and after I got home I opened the box to discover that the good folks at Hewlett-Packard had failed to send back my AC adapter.
A phone call to Kuala Lampur or a similar location, transferred to somewhere stateside (I think) has gotten the problem resolved, and I should have my AC adapter back (or more likely, a new one from the shelf) by Tuesday.
