Attorney General Alberto Gonzales claims that the Constitution doesn't specify a right to Habeas Corpus.

Just for the record, Alberto, the Constitution was the only place most of us ever heard the words "Habeas Corpus" before you decided to wipe your ass with it. Now that you and your boss felt like violating it, unfortunately, I hear it all the fucking time.

I admire Sen. Specter's efforts as a defender of the Constitution and all, but I think it's an oversight that there is no "Chair Leg to the Witness's Temple" provision in hearing procedure.
