It looks as if the next trip to China will be a mystery, as China is reportedly blocking LiveJournal. China already blocks sites like Wikipedia; I don't know how heavily-filtered something like Google News gets, but I assume something is there.

In any case, unless LJ gets unblocked, I'll post seekrit updates on the recipe blog in code:

• If I post a recipe for General Tso's chicken, I've had too much Chinese moonshine, and am curled into a fetal position.
• If I post a recipe for Dan Dan, my coworkers are complaining about the lack of female companionship.
• If I post a recipe for Pork Sesame Buns, the entire project has been thrown into jeopardy by one of my coworkers singing "Ching Chong Ching Chong." or spoken about cheating the customer.
