Nothing fits my cranium.

We hit Mister Hats yesterday afternoon, only to discover that they don't really carry hats in my size--a thousand hats in the store, and five, maybe six, that fit me. Also, most of the pictures are of black hats against a dark background, and you can't tell a thing about them, but here's a couple of pictures of Mrs. Cwabs wearing hats.





She really liked the white on black combo, but I think it makes me look like the mascot don from Godfather's Pizza (they don't have Godfather's Pizza in Memphis, but I seem to remember a black and white hat like that). Seventy bucks for a hat I don't like that I'll wear for a play then stick in the closet. Then she asked for a different hat (the other one shown) for her birthday. I told her that we needed to wait while I considered my options.

Afterwards, we caught The Odd Couple at Theatre Memphis, which had a really great set, and a pretty good cast.

It's the hat face. Put a hat on a woman, and they automatically make this face to make them look like Audrey Hepburn.
