Incidentally, if you go to the Wikipedia page linked, you'll discover that the right photograph on the sign looks remarkably familiar. So it's a joke, but still funny (to me, anyway).
I thought that might be what it was, but I couldn't decide if it was an opossum or a bleached out cat skull. Either one was funny to me, although it being a live opossum is funnier.
