You'll notice that I also failed to include a pie option. I'm operating under the assumption that those friends who fail to respond fall under the "ew" category.

I have a friend who refers to Canadian Club as a bourbon--I've not ever bothered to correct him.

According to the Scots, if it's whisky it's Scotch, and if it's whiskey it's Not Scotch (ie, bourbon, Irish whiskey, blended).

Bourbon: with ginger ale
Whisky: with a splash of water
