A grasshopper is pretty girly.

Scotch (especially on the rocks) can have a prissy quality -- whiskey straight up seems more manly to me.

I may get flamed for that. :)

I assume the rougher the whisk[e]y the manlier the drink, so it would probably go (from least manly to most)
Scotch - Irish - Bourbon - Rye.
