Several months ago, Memphis passed a law outlawing smoking in almost all bars and restaurants. I'm now sitting at the bar next to an eight-year-old. It's a fucking Chuck E. Cheese in here.

The few establishments where children are forbidden and smoking is permitted are All About The Smoke. Every smoker in five counties congregates there to enjoy their favorite vice. At least one can escape the wandering mobs of children in exchange for lung cancer.
