Landed in Memphis yesterday afternoon. Went to see anything goes last night. It was pretty good.

Worked a half day today, left about 3. Got a text message around 4 asking if I'd picked up my daughter's contacts. This was the first I'd heard of this assignment.

There are doubtless any number of game-watching festivities among people I know, but I'm not invited to any of them.

I've got to make some real friends.
