That is Alessi's Phillippe Starck lemon juicer.

It's extremely elegant and pretty, and it has a price to match, but the problem is that it's completely bloody hopeless at squeezing lemons.

I know someone who has one and she keeps it in the living room as a piece of sculpture, but has an old-school plastic one in the kitchen if she ever actually needs any lemon juice.
