No divorce. My case was nearly last on the docket, and the judge had "somewhere to be," so they will reschedule. Hopefully before years end, because the marriage penalty could be significant. Since I've taken the vacation day anyway, I'm going to make it a mental health day and do stuff instead.

I came home checked the mail (from yesterday) and discovered a tiny Christmas card from tyopsqueene! Thanks! All Christmas cards are being logged over on my Daytum page, so if you want to number yourself among the statistics, get those cards out!

Why couldn't the stupid judge be bothered? How hard can it be to do the little tiny bit of paperwork that an uncontested divorce is?
