I have determined that Petruchio will have a proper mustache, but am having a time finding mustache wax. I'm not in the mood to pay $7 to ship a $0.99 tube of mustache wax over the internets, so I'm wondering if any of you gentlemen might have had call to grow a magnificent handlebar over the years, and could provide advice. Should I just use hair gel?

The stuff on ladyticklers is at the bottom.
Anyhow, I read that this-one-guy-on-the-internet says beeswax and vaseline will work.

There are also fancier recipies that call for things like powdered gum arabic.
As a lady of refined sensibilities, i would advise against hair gel. But then, as a lady, i do not have any facial hair, so i don't have any personal experience.
I'm trying to get the cutie to grow a handlebar. So far, he is resisting my efforts.
